   In the African jungles or everywhere else where you can easily find venomous snakes, boots are necessary to protect you from snake’s bites. The sharp fangs of the snakes will not be able to puncture the boots, so you will be saved from the venom’s protein called venin which can clot the blood.

   Yoga:
   I realize that! But I never expect to meet one of those. Last year I had to visit a site in Samarinda. The land is in front of Mahakam and it has own “canal” from Mahakam to the land. It’s wide enough, some area still covered with plant, “knee-high” grass, bushes, trees, etc, some areas are open area, and there are old warehouses and others facilities there. No many people around for months there since the owner closed their operation. I walked around by my self trough the grasses to the entire land and its facilities, and sometimes my body was really close enough to the ground while I have to take pictures or trying to get benchmark for the portable laser measurement.

   I was closer to the ex office area. I squatted down in the middle of grasses near a bush, I was trying to set the laser to measure distance to the gate while a staff of its company ran to me with a worry face look and said,” No Miss, don’t too closer to the bushes!” I said why not? Snakes miss, Cobra! There are many of them, came to this land trough the canal. Woops… I was there for hours but you just noticed me at the end of my “journey” that afternoon. Well actually I’d thought about the possibility to meet one of those and others dangerous species there, so that’s why I asked my partner to accompany me at that time.

   Wah, udah lama saya ngga pake sepatu boot. Terakhir pakai waktu SD dulu, waktu nangkap udang air tawar. Tapi jangan bandingkan dengan punyamu ya (yang stylish). Puya saya dibikin dari karet warna merah…

   Gileeee… keren banget…

   Sayang saya ndak gitu sering pake boots, hanya pada acara2 tertentu, misalnya party… itupun saya jaranggg banget ikutan… gak gitu suka party2 soalnya, walaupun teman2 saya sering ngadain… Saya lebih senang nyari excuse daripada datang dan harus menyaksikan tiap org saling pamer punya ini, punya itu… aaaaarrrrggghhh, tobat euy…

   But your boots is cool anyway… Asli, keren banget. Ngebayangin perempuan pake boots, masuk hutan, wahhh… very cool… keren banget…

   Yoga:
   Yup! Sometimes I don’t like parties, because it costs me the dress and its accessories … then it just for one-two hours.
   And actually it’s hard to see the boots because I used to wear trousers. It covers my hips to ankles and the boots are inside. So it’s about confidence… mmm…boots for fashion? I don’t think so.

    cool boots you have ……
    i think i have fetish on boots… when i lived in colder places, i wore boots a lot. now my boots — something like 5 pairs of them, after throwing some! (all i bought on sale, of course) — only get their turn 3 months in a year, during the winter only.

    Yoga:
    Yeah you can say I have a fetish to those too…. but not a worship and sure those more suit on colder places.
