The Art of Losing
The art of losing isn’t hard to master;
so many things seem filled with the intent
to be lost that their loss is no disaster,
(Elizabeth Bishop-One Art)
It’s about my former grandma; she has passed away several years ago. Perhaps about five years. I wasn’t crying at that time but everyone recognized my face so cloudy. It was a great loss for me and my big family. Then we could live our life normally after that. Somehow, I don’t know why, couple days ago, suddenly I remember her. It’s a long midnight. I was crying as if it’s just yesterday. I felt empty and I was very sad. Oh, Grand… I can’t master the art of losing, especially if it’s you. I thought I was fine, (I will) and I hope you’re fine. I wish you’re happy there. I miss you so much; I carry you in my heart.
