Here is The Deepest Secret..
I couldn’t write a poem since I grew up. It’s difficult for me. Everytime I wrote; I was not sure about the beauty and its meaning. That made me frustate. No wonder people went to university to learn about it seriously, and poet such of WS Rendra should be more appreciated.
One of my favorite poem is written by Edward Estlin Cummings who popular as E.E. Cumings. It is;- i carry your heart with me(i carry it in my heart). I love this part;-
here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that’s keeping the stars aparti carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)
I am wondering what does Cummings mean with this stanza? Deepest secret nobody knows and the wonder that’s keeping the stars apart? Would you like to tell me my friends? Here is the poem completely. I hope you can enjoy. For those who ever seen In Her Shoes, we can see Magie (Cameron Diaz) read it for her sister Rose Feller (Toni Collette), I am not recommend this film to you, it is so so… The reason why I watch this is the poems.
i carry your heart with me(i carry it in my heart)i am never without it(anywhere i go you go,my dear;and whatever is done by only me is your doing,my darling) i fear no fate(for you are my fate,my sweet)i want no world(for beautiful you are my world,my true) and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant and whatever a sun will always sing is you here is the deepest secret nobody knows (here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows higher than soul can hope or mind can hide) and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)
