Prof,
It gives clarity to me and perhaps to the other readers. It is a precise example also. Well while we are in a hurry it is impossible that encoding decoding process is failure, then it affects to the communication. Thank you so much Sir. :)

mbak yoga....in today's pared-down organisations, people don't have the time to communicate thoroughly and ensure they have been understood.....in their rush, they might give an incomplete, unclear or poorly though-out message....it is easy to ignore the consequences of a message not being received and acted on properly and to forget how worthwhile it is to take the extra few moments to communicate well....one more thing mbak yoga.....poor timing can also cause communication failure....for example, should a manager explain a detailed new procedure to an employee who is just about to rush home and begin annual leave?......people can overcome badly timed communications by asking for, or working out for themselves, specific times when the message would be most welcome or effective.......consider the consequences of poor timing and select the best time......regards.....

in accordance with Kris Cole (Management,2005) there are the top ten communication barriers that managers face....language, perceptions-prejudice and stereotyping, self-image, status, incongruity, invidual factors, environmental barriers, time and timing, message complexity and quantity, and listening,.........recognising and overcoming them will help manager become a more effective communicator and a better manager......

There is always possibility to improve and change. Please be noted that non-verbal communications is very important particularly for communicating in a language that lack of expression vocabulary to show our feeling. It is also important while we visit a new country and we don’t understand native language then we should do pantomime or practicing “Tarzan-Language” or by drawings.

It doesn't matter whether you are bad at the verbal communication or the non-verbal one, with a great effort to improve it, you'll get the best result!

**That's my very own experience**
